David Apodaca Biography
My name is David Apodaca and I specialize in helping people like you buy, sell, and invest in real estate in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The communities I work in include Placitas, Corrales, Bernalillo, and the East Mountain and the Jemez Mountain areas.
I have worked as a full time associate broker with EXIT Realty Southwest since 2006, and I am currently an associate broker/owner of Southwest Realty. I previously worked as a realtor in Las Cruces, New Mexico. My target markets in residential sales include First-time Homebuyers, Foreclosures, Short Sales, and Investors.
Technology and education are important factors in the real estate industry and paramount to exceeding my client’s expectations. I am a member of the Greater Association of Albuquerque Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and have earned top awards in real estate production, as well as awards with other companies. I have worked with the Habitat for Humanity build project through EXIT Realty International who have contributed over $2 million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat homes. Additionally, I work with Casa por Cristo in El Paso, Texas and have helped build homes in Juarez, Mexico for needy families over the last 16 years.
